Beijing Hotel won the prize in the competition Employer of the Year! Our hotel received high recognition and beat other compatitors on the market by the number of points. More than 200 companies pretended on The best Belarusian employer title during the first round of the competition. Criteria for scoring were the average salary in the company (in comparisson to average salary in the industry), the social package, staff training expenses, staff loyalty and a variety of working conditions.
