Seasons Chinese restaurant is located on the ground floor of the hotel. In Seasons restaurant, you can enjoy a variety of Chinese dishes of the Hunan province. Chef of the Chinese Restaurant Liu Xinping lead the Seasons culinary team and develop Chinese food culture in Minsk.

The Liu’s professional experience is more than 20 years. Over these years, Liu has gained a unique experience in the most prestigious restaurants in Beijing, China. Liu Xinping came to Belarus together with his team to present the Hunan Chinese cuisine.

In the menu of Seasons Chinese Restaurant, you will find such gems of Chinese cuisine as pork chops with sweet and sour sauce, shrimp fritters with white radish and Beijing duck. The Beijing duck requires a special kind of duck for its preparation. This delicacy however must be ordered in advance by contacting the restaurant to allow for its extensive and caring preparation. All dishes are cooked by chefs from China only.
The restaurant has 90 seats and 7 VIP rooms.

The Seasons restaurant can host events of various kinds. It is ready to accommodate up to 90 people in a banquet format and up to 150 in a buffet format.

Gift certificates

Seasons restaurant sells Gift Certificates for 300, 500 and 700 BYN, as well as Beijing Roast Duck gift certificates. Gift Certificates for 300, 500 and 700 BYN can be used to purchase all products of the Seasons Restaurant menu and are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Beijing Roast Duck gift certificates are valid for 3 month from the date of issue, the price is 228 BYN. In order to use the Beijing Roast Duck certificate, a reservation must be made 24 hours in advance. Gift certificates can be purchased at the Seasons restaurant.
